1. Same Day Turnaround Terms:
- Services are provided 7 days a week, excluding standard U.S. holidays (as per the U.S. Postal Service calendar).
- Standard service hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
- Requests received outside of standard service hours or during holidays will be prioritized and completed during the following standard service period.
2. Deal Definition:
- Any pending or active agreement involving a single client for a specific property.
- A single deal may involve either the buyer's side, the seller's side, or both.
3. Designated Parties:
- Services will be provided only to those designated agents listed in the order form.
- You may update or replace the designated agents' names during the service period by sending an email to Hollie@Mavenastrology.com.
4. Usage & Expiration:
- Deals are counted within and expire according to the designated service month(s).
- Unused deals do not roll forward for future use.
- Includes 5 deals/mo (buy or sell) per agent (shared by team).
