Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?
  • Begin by submitting a Consultation Request.

  • Requests are reviewed personally, and you can expect a response within 48 hours if the engagement appears to be a good fit.

Do you work internationally or across time zones?
  • Yes.

  • I support clients across the United States, Canada, and Europe.

  • Sessions can be conducted remotely, and scheduling can be flexible.

How far in advance should I reach out?
  • As early as possible.

  • Timing is a critical factor when a decision or transition is on the horizon.

  • While some work can be done on shorter timelines, advance notice allows for better preparation and a wider range of options.

Why can’t I book online?
  • Services are scheduled manually by design.

  • This work is preparation-heavy and highly individualized.

  • Reviewing requests first ensures fit, appropriate scope, and adequate preparation before any session is scheduled.

  • It also protects clients from committing to the wrong type of engagement.

  • If your request is approved, I’ll follow up directly to confirm next steps and scheduling.

How is service pricing determined?
  • How is service pricing determined?

  • Pricing reflects:

    • Advance preparation time

    • Live advisory time

    • The complexity and scope of the decisions involved

    • The level of responsibility and discretion required

  • Because no two situations are identical, pricing is confirmed after reviewing your request rather than fixed automatically.

  • This ensures fairness and avoids one-size-fits-all pricing.

How Does Payment Work?
  • After we speak and your request is approved:

    • You’ll receive a consultation deposit link to confirm the engagement.

    • The deposit is applied toward the final invoice.

    • You’ll get a final invoice once the work is complete and ready for our live meeting.

    • The final payment is expected within 48 hours (regardless of the scheduled live meeting time).

    • Completed work is documented and provided as a PDF upon payment in full.

  • This keeps the process clear, flexible, and appropriately scoped.

  • Payments are accepted via Credit Card (through the provided link), VENMO, Zelle, Apple Pay, Credit Card, and PayPal.

  • All Services are taxed in accordance with local rates.

What information do you need from me to prepare?
  • You’ll be asked to complete a brief intake outlining the context of your request, specific goals or desired outcomes, and important timelines.

  • This information allows me to prepare appropriately before we meet, making our conversations as productive as possible.

  • After your consultation is approved, I will gather more information about the dates I need to begin the analysis.

Who benefits most from these services?
  • These services are best for people who are:

    • Already capable and self-directed.

    • Managing real responsibilities or complexity.

    • Making decisions with meaningful consequences.

    • .Interested in preparation rather than reassurance

  • Many clients are business owners, executives, real estate professionals, or individuals navigating significant transitions.

What if I book an initial consultation and decide the service isn’t a fit?
  • Fit matters.

  • If, during an initial consultation, it becomes clear that a different service (or no service at all) is more appropriate, we address that directly.

  • You will not be expected to make a consultation deposit until we’ve met and agreed to move forward.

  • Consultation deposits are applied toward approved services.

Do you offer ongoing or subscription services?
  • In some cases, yes.

  • Ongoing or recurring work may be appropriate when the situation benefits from continuity over time.

  • If this is something you’re interested in, it’s best to mention it during our conversation. I’ll then recommend the structure that makes the most sense for your needs, availability, and scope.

  • Standing subscriptions are not offered by default.

Do you guarantee outcomes or results?
  • No.

  • The purpose of this work is context, insights, and options.

  • There are no guaranteed outcomes.

  • Final decisions and actions taken as a result of the advice are the client’s responsibility, and outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond timing alone.

How does this work? What role does astrology play in your services?
  • Astrology is the analytical framework I use to assess timing, cycles, and patterns that influence decision-making. It is not used for prediction or certainty, and it is not the focus of the work.

  • Clients do not need to engage with astrology itself. The value lies in how timing, context, and sequencing are evaluated and applied to real decisions. My role is to translate that analysis into practical, grounded guidance that supports preparation and judgment.

Do I need to understand astrology for this to be useful?
  • No. Most clients do not have a background in astrology, and none is required.

  • The work is structured around decisions, timing, and risk, not astrological expertise.

  • Any technical analysis happens behind the scenes and is shared only insofar as it supports clarity and action.

How does astrology work in a practical sense?
  • Astrology is a planetary timing system that reflects repeatable, predictable cycles and patterns.

  • In practice, it provides a structured way to evaluate periods of pressure, transition, momentum, or consolidation.

  • Used responsibly, it offers an additional layer of context and insight.

  • I apply it as one analytical tool among many to help clients think more clearly about when to act, pause, or reassess.

How does this differ from therapy, coaching, or life advice?
  • This is advisory work focused on timing, decision context, and strategic perspective.

  • It does not replace therapy, coaching, legal advice, or financial planning, nor does it offer emotional processing or ongoing support.

I’m not sure I want people to know I work with an astrologer. How is my privacy protected?
  • I operate with the utmost discretion.

  • Many clients prefer privacy, and that preference is respected as standard practice.

  • Client information, session content, and engagement details are treated as confidential.

  • There is no public sharing, marketing use, or third-party disclosure of client work without explicit permission.

Can I request a consultation that is not career or business-focused?
  • It depends.

  • If your interest is related to personal growth and development, achieving a specific goal, or making a decision that is consequential to your current or future ambitions, yes. Please submit a consultation request, and I’ll follow up to discuss the nature and cost of your request.

  • For topics often associated with astrology (money, relocation, relationships, and family matters), requests are considered on a more limited basis. In these cases, you must be a prior or existing client. I also consider referrals from prior or existing clients. These consultations are scheduled around my professional business client commitments.
